نشحن إلى جميع دول العالم (شاملة دول الخليج العربي)، ويستثنى من ذلك الوجهات أو الدول المحظور التعامل التجاري معها تماشياً مع سياسة وأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

تكلفة الشحن / Shipping Fees

يتم احتساب تكلفة الشحن الدولي تلقائياً في صفحة الدفع بناءً على الوزن الإجمالي للشحنة والأبعاد والدولة المستهدفة.

International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions of the shipment, and the destination country

مدة التوصيل المتوقعة / Estimated Delivery Time

تستغرق رحلة الشحن عادةً ما بين [5 إلى 10] أيام عمل من تاريخ شحن الطلب، وقد تختلف المدة حسب الإجراءات الجمركية في بلد المقصد.

Delivery typically takes [5 to 10] business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures

الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب / Customs Duties & Taxes

جميع الأسعار المعروضة في المتجر لا تشمل الرسوم الجمركية أو ضرائب الاستيراد الخاصة ببلد المشتري؛ ويتولى العميل (المستلم) تسويتها بالكامل مع السلطات المحلية عند وصول الشحنة.

All prices displayed on our store do not include local customs duties or import taxes of the destination country; the customer (recipient) is solely responsible for settling them with local authorities upon arrival

الشحنات المستردة / Unclaimed Shipments

في حال تعذر الوصول للعميل أو رفضه استلام الشحنة بسبب الرسوم الجمركية، وتم إعادة الشحنة إلينا، يحق للمتجر خصم تكاليف الشحن (الذهاب والإياب) من المبلغ المسترد.

If a shipment is returned to us because the customer was unreachable or refused to accept the package due to customs duties, the store reserves the right to deduct the round-trip shipping costs from the refunded amount
