مقدّمة الاتفاقية | Introduction

مرحباً بكم في متجر Lino الإلكتروني. تُمثّل هذه الشروط والأحكام الاتفاقية القانونية المنظّمة لاستخدامكم للمتجر وكافة الآثار الناتجة عنه. إن استخدام أي شخص للمتجر -سواءً كان مستهلكاً أو زائراً- يُعد موافقة وقبولاً كاملاً وبأهليته المعتبرة شرعاً ونظاماً لكافة مواد هذه الاتفاقية. تسري هذه الاتفاقية بموجب الأنظمة السعودية، وتعتبر نافذة بمجرد موافقتكم عليها والبدء في التسجيل أو التصفح.

Welcome to Lino e-store. These terms and conditions represent the legal agreement governing your use of the store. Any person's use of the store—whether as a consumer or a visitor—constitutes full acceptance, while holding full legal capacity, of all articles within this agreement. This agreement is effective under Saudi regulations upon your approval, registration, or browsing.

المادة الأولى - التعريفات | Article 1 - Definitions

يعتبر التمهيد أعلاه جزءاً لا يتجزأ من هذه الاتفاقية، وتكون الدلالات للعبارات كالتالي:

The above preamble is an integral part of this agreement, and the definitions are as follows:

• المتجر / The Store: ويقصد به منصة Lino وكل ما يمثلها إلكترونياً، وتتم العمليات التجارية والفواتير عبر مؤسسة خطوط إحتراف للتجارة (.Khutot Ihteraf Est).
• Refers to the Lino platform and its electronic extensions. All commercial operations and invoicing are processed under ،Khutot Ihteraf Establishment.
• المستهلك / The Consumer: الشخص الذي يتعامل بالتجارة الإلكترونية للحصول على المنتجات أو الخدمات.
• The individual engaging in e-commerce to obtain products or services.
• الاتفاقية / The Agreement: شروط وأحكام هذه الاتفاقية التي تحكم العلاقة بين الأطراف.
• The terms and conditions of this document govern the relationship between parties.

المادة الثانية - الأهلية القانونية | Article 2 - Legal Capacity

1. يقر المستهلك بأنه ذا أهلية قانونية معتبرة شرعاً ونظاماً، أو أن عمره لا يقل عن 18 عاماً.
2. The consumer acknowledges having full legal capacity or being at least 18 years of age.
3. في حال المخالفة، يتحمل المستهلك بمفرده كافة التبعات القانونية والمالية أمام الغير.
4. In case of violation, the consumer solely bears all legal and financial consequences.

المادة الثالثة - طبيعة الالتزام | Article 3 - Nature of Obligation

1. إن التزام المتجر هو توفير المنتجات (كالقرطاسية والهدايا) وتجهيزها وتغليفها وشحنها للمستهلك.
2. The store's obligation is to provide, process, package, and ship products (such as stationery and gifts).
3. قد يوفر المتجر خدمات إضافية كخدمات ما بعد البيع، وذلك تَبَعاً لطبيعة المنتج المطلوب.
4. The store may provide additional services, such as after-sales service, depending on the product.

المادة الرابعة - ضوابط الاستخدام | Article 4 - Controls of Use

يلتزم المستهلك باستخدام المنصة والمنتجات بما يتفق مع الآداب العامة والأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

The consumer commits to using the platform and products in compliance with public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

المادة الخامسة - الحسابات والتسجيل | Article 5 - Accounts & Registration

عند التسجيل، يلتزم المستهلك بالآتي:

Upon registration, the consumer commits to the following:

1. الحفاظ على سرية معلومات الحساب وكلمة المرور، وإبلاغ المتجر فوراً بأي اختراق.
2. Maintaining account confidentiality and notifying the store immediately of any breach.
3. المتجر غير مسؤول عن أي خسارة مادية أو معنوية ناتجة عن كشف معلومات الدخول.
4. The store is not liable for any loss resulting from the disclosure of login information.
5. الالتزام بالإفصاح عن بيانات حقيقية، محدثة، وصحيحة، ويحق للمتجر تجميد الحساب في حال عدم دقتها.
6. Disclosing true, updated, and accurate data. The store reserves the right to freeze accounts with inaccurate data.

المادة السادسة - الاتصالات الرسمية | Article 6 - Official Communications

يوافق الأطراف على أن التواصل يتم عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو وسائل التواصل الرسمية الموضحة بالمنصة، وتقوم الاتصالات الإلكترونية مقام مثيلاتها المكتوبة نظاماً وشرعاً.

Parties agree that communication will be via email or official channels on the platform. Electronic communications stand legally in place of written ones.

المادة السابعة - التعديلات والرسوم | Article 7 - Amendments & Fees

1. يحتفظ المتجر بالحق في تعديل هذه الاتفاقية أو إضافة أو خفض أي رسوم أو ضرائب (مثل ضريبة القيمة المضافة) بموجب الأنظمة.
2. The store reserves the right to amend this agreement or adjust fees and taxes (e.g., VAT) in accordance with regulations.
3. إذا ألغي أي بند، فإن ذلك لا يلغي صلاحية باقي المواد والبنود وتظل سارية المفعول.
4. If any article is invalidated, it does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining articles.

المادة الثامنة - الدفع والسداد | Article 8 - Payment Services

1. يوفر المتجر خيارات دفع آمنة (مثل: مدى، الفيزا، Apple Pay، PayPal، Tabby) عبر شركائه.
2. The store provides secure payment options (e.g., Mada, Visa, Apple Pay, PayPal, Tabby) via partners.
3. يلتزم المتجر بتحديد الأسعار وفقاً للقيمة السوقية، وتوفير فواتير رسمية صادرة من مؤسسة خطوط إحتراف للتجارة.
4. The store commits to pricing according to market value and providing official invoices issued by Khutot Ihteraf Establishment.

المادة التاسعة - الملكية الفكرية | Article 9 - Intellectual Property

إن جميع المحتويات الظاهرة أو المتوفرة من خلال متجر لينو ستور بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: النصوص، الشعارات، الصور، تصاميم المنتجات، الباقات المنسقة، التغليف، والرموز—هي حقوق ملكية فكرية وحقوق مؤلف مملوكة بالكامل وحصرياً للمتجر ولـ مؤسسة خطوط إحتراف للتجارة. ويُحظر تماماً نسخ، أو إعادة إنتاج، أو استخدام أي جزء من هذا المحتوى لأغراض تجارية أو غير شخصية دون الحصول على إذن خطي مسبق منا.

All content displayed or made available through Lino store—including but not limited to: texts, logos, images, product designs, curated packages, packaging, and icons—is the intellectual property and copyright owned fully and exclusively by the store and Khutot Ihteraf Establishment. It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, or use any part of this content for commercial or non-personal purposes without obtaining prior written permission from us

المادة العاشرة - مسؤولية المتجر | Article 10 - Store Liability

1. يمارس المتجر عمله التجاري بشكل نظامي وفق أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
2. The store conducts its business formally under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. لا يتحمل المتجر المسؤولية عن الأخطاء الناشئة عن طرف ثالث كشركات الشحن الدولي أو المحلي.
4. The store is not liable for errors or delays caused by third parties, such as local or international shipping couriers.

المادة الحادية عشر - سياسة الخصوصية وسرية المعلومات | Article 11 - Privacy Policy

1. نلتزم في Lino بحماية بياناتك الشخصية (مثل الاسم، العنوان، البريد الإلكتروني) وسريتها التامة.
2. At Lino, we are committed to protecting your personal data (name, address, email) and maintaining its full confidentiality.
3. تُستخدم البيانات فقط لمعالجة الطلبات، تحسين تجربة التسوق، أو إرسال العروض التسويقية الخاصة بالمتجر.
4. Data is strictly used to process orders, enhance shopping experiences, or send store-related marketing offers.
5. لن يتم بيع أو مشاركة بياناتك مع أي جهة خارجية إلا ما تقتضيه عمليات الشحن والدفع أو الأوامر القانونية الرسمية.
6. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties except as required for shipping, payment, or official legal orders.

المادة الثانية عشر - القانون الواجب التطبيق | Article 12 - Applicable Law

اتفاقية الاستخدام وسياسة الخصوصية هذه محكومة ومصاغة ومفسرة بحسب الأنظمة والتشريعات السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

This agreement and privacy policy are governed, formulated, and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
