مرحباً بكم في Lino / Welcome to Lino يسعدنا ويشرفنا تلبية طلبات عملائنا من جميع أنحاء العالم. ونظراً للطبيعة الخاصة وتكاليف الشحن والجمارك الدولية العكسية، يرجى قراءة الشروط والأحكام التالية الخاصة بالطلبات المشحونة خارج المملكة العربية السعودية: We are thrilled to serve our customers worldwide. Due to the nature and high costs associated with international reverse shipping and customs, please carefully review our return and exchange policy for orders shipped outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال الدولي / International Return Conditions نعتذر عن تقديم ميزة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع المجاني للطلبات الدولية في حال تغيير الرأي. ومع ذلك، إذا رغب العميل في إرجاع المنتج، يجب تقديم الطلب خلال (7) أيام من تاريخ استلام الشحنة، ويشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وفي غلافه وتغليفه الأصلي المغلق بالكامل. We regret that we cannot offer free returns or exchanges for international orders due to a change of mind. However, if you wish to return an item, the request must be submitted within (7) days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unused condition, and in its complete, unaltered original packaging.

تحمل التكاليف والرسوم / Fees & Return Shipping Costs في حال الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع (بناءً على رغبة العميل)، يتحمل العميل بالكامل قيمة شحن العودة إلى مستودعاتنا في المملكة العربية السعودية، بالإضافة إلى أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب تفرضها السلطات عند إعادة دخول الشحنة. وسيتم إعادة قيمة المنتجات فقط بعد فحصها، وتُخصم رسوم الشحن الأولى ورسوم شحن العودة. Upon approval of a return request (for personal preference), the customer will fully bear the return shipping costs to our warehouse in Saudi Arabia, along with any customs duties or taxes imposed upon re-entry. Only the product price will be refunded after inspection; original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

منتجات لا يمكن إرجاعها دولياً / Non-Returnable Items لا يحق للمستهلك استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات والباكجات الجاهزة التي تم تنفيذها، أو تعديلها، أو كتابة أسماء عليها خصيصاً بناءً على طلبه ومواصفاته. Custom-made products, personalized items, or curated gift packages tailored specifically to your requests and specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.

المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة / Defective or Incorrect Orders إذا وصلكم منتج يحتوي على عيب مصنعي، أو تضرر أثناء رحلة الشحن الدولي، أو استلمتم منتجاً بالخطأ غير مطابق لطلبكم؛ نحن نتحمل المسؤولية كاملة! يرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد أو الواتساب خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور واضحة، وسنقوم بتعويضكم بالخيار الأنسب (إما إعادة شحن المنتج الصحيح مجاناً، أو رد كامل المبلغ). If you receive a defective item, a product damaged during international transit, or an incorrect order; we take full responsibility! Please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will compensate you with the best option (either reshipping the correct item for free or issuing a full refund).
